Smart Breadcrumbs is a Shopify application developed by HELUNA that provides enhanced breadcrumb navigation functionality for Shopify stores. The App is designed to improve user experience and navigation within your online store.
The App is provided "as is" and HELUNA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time with or without notice.
Permission is granted to temporarily use Smart Breadcrumbs for personal or commercial use on your Shopify store. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the App's code or functionality
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Transmit or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful or destructive code
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
To use Smart Breadcrumbs, you must have a valid Shopify account and store. The App may collect and store certain information related to your store's configuration and usage of the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. HELUNA is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Smart Breadcrumbs may be offered as a free or paid service. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. All fees are processed through Shopify's billing system. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin panel.
Your use of Smart Breadcrumbs is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HELUNA makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included in the App. You expressly agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.
In no event shall HELUNA, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from your use or inability to use the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HELUNA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from your use of the App or your breach of these Terms of Service.
HELUNA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
HELUNA may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
